I worked in-house at Puxton Park as marketing and branding manager. I was responsible for three outlets; the children’s farm park, the on-site restaurant and the farm shop. Each site had its own specific target market and calendar of communications, but all three promoted seasonal, regional, agricultural activity. I developed advertising campaigns with print, radio and television, redeveloped the website and ran all their communications channels. I also developed image manipulation and design skills, ultimately creating my own logo for the ten-year anniversary glassware, creating my own advertising for print media and developing a range of posters, flyers and signage to advertise events. I managed a team of freelancers and commissioned work from media agencies in the Somerset and Bristol area.
